Who is behind project:future?
My name is Jonathan Scheu. After several years as program lead for autonomous shuttles at ZF, I implemented lighthouse projects such as RABus, ULTIMO and others from a technical, organizational and regulatory perspective. I know the requirements for safety, homologation, integration and commissioning in public transport first‑hand and have carried out nationwide L4 trials (AFGBV) in Germany.
With project:future GmbH I bring this experience into consulting and projects for cities, transport operators, public transit providers and technology partners. My focus is on project management, operational solutions, scalable system integration, regulatory assurance and practice‑oriented commissioning and deployment. I work cross-functional, deliver measurable results and set up projects so they perform reliably both in testing and in real‑world operation.
